Leighton: Yes.
Interviewer: Introduce yourself. Tell us a little bit about your character.
Leighton: My name is Leighton Meester and I’m on Gossip Girl. I’m playing Blair Waldorf. One of the girls who is in a very complicated, sorta line complicated life. She is… I love playing her, she’s a pleasure and blessing and it’s awesome. She’s sort of the more insecure of the two main girls, sort of “the less perfect, less mysterious.”
Interviewer: Are you anything like her in high school?
Leighton: No, no. NO.
Interviewer: Sorry, I’m bringing on memories.
Leighton: I know, it’s really painful. Thanks! Thanks a lot.
